All About Miya Wang

Miya Wang's journey started as an East Asian languages enthusiastic. While she was studying in Oberlin College as an East Asian Studies major, she discovered another bigger passion of her life: music. Besides being a classically trained violinist, Miya grew up listening to Mandarin and Korean pop music. The urge of writing her own music took her to Berklee after graudating from Oberlin as a EAS and musical studies double major. 

In Berklee, Miya majored in Contemporary Writing and Production where she thrives learning arranging and producing skills as well as continuing writing songs at the side. 

When it comes to performances, Miya won't turn down any opportunities to sing, to play violin, or to arrange music for other artists. Throughout her Berklee time, she has been part of many shows that she lost count herself!
